Find out about the currently available dogs through Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies. All of our adult dogs are spayed or neutered and are brought up-to-date on their shots. As we have no control over when Goldens come to our service, it is impossible for us to estimate how long it will take to find the right Golden for your family’s lifestyle. The more open you are to gender and age range, the more likely you are to find a dog quickly. We rarely receive puppies or dogs less than one year old. Many of our dogs are not posted to the website because we have a qualified applicant waiting. Read about adopting a senior dog here. Please be aware that we do not place dogs out of state. Please understand that, as a volunteer organization, we do not have the volunteer resources to answer questions about the dogs up for adoption without a completed online Adoption Application on file. Our process: when we receive an application, we keep it active for 3 months, but do keep it on file. We will set up a call with you, to review your application, when we have a dog that fits your criteria. Our objective is to find a perfect forever home for our dogs and part of that is making sure the dog matches up well with your household and lifestyle. Thank you for considering GRRR for finding your new family member.
