Laci: Adopted 12/9/15

Laci came to GRRR when her family was moving and unable to take her with them.  She is a beautiful girl who has spent too much time outside without much guidance and training from her owners. Laci would do best in a home with another well adjusted, trained adult dog who can teach her appropriate behavior.

Laci will also need a new family willing to take her to an obedience class to teach her some basic commands.  We feel that she would do best in an all adult home as her untrained antics could be hard for children.  She is mouthy, grabs at clothing, leashes, and jumps on people.

Laci is working on these behaviors here with us at Phoebe’s Place.  Our volunteers work with her daily to try to help get her comfortable with calming down, walking gently on leash and not bouncing off of you when she gets all excited.

Laci will become a wonderful companion as long as her new family understands what she needs to make up for the time she didn’t receive the basic training she needs.
