ADOPTED 2/11/23 Charlie-9 months old (Male)

Charlie is a very sweet and very happy 10 month old Golden Retriever. Unfortunately for Charlie he does suffer from a genetic heart condition called subaortic stenosis. This means that Charlie will need to be on heart medication for the rest of his life. The heart medication is very inexpensive, but it is necessary for him. It also means that Charlie’s activity should be somewhat restricted. He can still go for walks and hikes, but it is very hard on his heart to do things like play fetch. Going from zero to 60 in a matter of seconds is difficult on his heart.
