Benson is a 2 yr old neutered male who came to us from a commercial breeder. Benson is very shy and has come out of his shell somewhat since he arrived. He is very comfortable with the other dogs, but doesn’t understand toys, beds, or treats.
He has learned to come to people for attention and love. Benson has a long way to go to become a normal happy and loving golden, but it is in his heart. If you have another dog who can continue to show him the ropes and give him the confidence he needs to continue his journey to become a happy golden retriever, and a lot of time to continue to help him understand and learn what love humans are capable of giving to this wonderful boy, you may be the person or people he is waiting for.
