Meet Bleu — a big, lovable boy with an even bigger personality.
Bleu is a 6½‑year‑old neutered male who came to us after living in a home where he didn’t receive the training or socialization he needed. Despite that start, he has a wonderfully affectionate nature. Bleu is a total cuddle bug who genuinely believes he’s a lap dog, even though he’s quite a large boy.
When it’s time to play, Bleu brings plenty of strength and enthusiasm. He loves to run, romp, and explore. Fetch is a work in progress — he’ll happily chase the ball and pick it up, but returning it is still a developing skill. With time, consistency, and confidence in his new environment, he’ll get the hang of it.
Bleu is doing well with the other dogs in our care and enjoys having canine company. Because he’s still learning structure and how to manage distractions, he’ll need an adult‑only home that can provide guidance, routine, and positive reinforcement. A group obedience class would be a fantastic opportunity for Bleu and his adopters to learn and bond together.
This handsome boy is ready for an active home that will take him on adventures, help him build his skills, and give him the love and stability he’s been missing. Bleu is all set and eager to find the people who will finally be his forever family.
