Jax-5 years old (Male) Adopted 10/17/20

Jax is a  5 yr old neutered male Labrador retriever mix.  Jax came into our care from another rescue who specializes in small dogs.  Jax is a smaller lab, but definitely not a small dog.  The rescue hoped we would be more successful in finding Jax a wonderful new home.  Jax came into rescue when his owners were forced to rehome him or find a new place to live.  The owners of their rental home had changed and new owners were not allowing pets over 25 lbs. So the owners were forced to find Jax a new home.  Jax is a very happy boy who is very social with the other dogs here at GRRR.  He has made many friends both canine and human.  We don’t have a history with him and cats or other small animals so we are looking for a home with only larger dogs or no other dogs.  Jax is a talker and does let you know when he sees or hears something out of the ordinary.  Jax is very playful and affectionate.  He is a wonderful boy who really would like a new place to call home.  If you are interested in Jax, please read our adoption process and then complete the online application on our website:  goldenrescue.com
