Simba Male Golden Doodle

Simba is a 1yr old golden doodle(who does shed). Simba is neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm negative. Simba came into our care when he was picking on other dogs in the family and there was concern for the small children in the home getting into the middle of his antics. Simba is ball crazy and was all ready to become a police dog when it was discovered he has mild hip dysplasia in his left hip. You would never guess anything is wrong with this boy. He is full of life and love. Simba has done well while here in our care and hasn’t had any problems with the other dogs here. Simba has been very respectful and playful. Simba would probably do best in a home with no other dogs or one other large dog. He needs an owner that will be a strong leader and not let Simba feel he needs to step in to take on a leadership role. Simba is a sweet boy, but if you don’t like tennis balls and playing a lot of fetch Simba is not your guy. Simba would do well with a new family who is willing to take him to training classes.
