Copper-6 years old (Male) Adopted 2/15/20

Copper is a 6 yr old golden/lab mix who will arrive at GRRR early in February.  Copper is around 80 lbs and looking for a new loving home.  Copper was originally found as a stray, the family spent weeks trying to find his home and when they did the owner did not want him because he kept getting out. The family decided to add him to their family as he is so very sweet. They already had two male dogs, one altered and one intact. Recently the intact male had decided to show resource issues and directing it at Copper. After an altercation the intact dog had a split ear which they attended to, they also had him altered. However, they now feel it may not be the right situation for Copper. They do not what either dog to be seriously injured. Copper is coming into our care at GRRR to find him a loving new home.  He is described as very affectionate love bug, good with other dogs, chickens and great with people.
