Chance is a 3 yr old Golden who was found by a couple at a camping site where he had been abandoned. Chance came to GRRR when he was found to be reactive to other dogs at an adoption event through another rescue. GRRR was able to take Chance and give him the opportunity to find a great home and work on his reactive behavior to other dogs. Chance has been great here and doesn’t seem to have any problems with others when he is walked on leash. Chance will need a home as an only dog. He will never be a dog who will be safe in dog parks, camping sites, etc. He needs someone who will be responsible and give him the security of a safe and loving home. He is such a sweet boy with people and wants so much to please you. We don’t know why anyone could be so cruel and abandon Chance, or if he was attacked by another dog to make him fearful of other dogs and want to react to them when he is around them.
